From field to final product

As Trouw B.V. is specialised in the processing of all kinds of gluten free raw materials, we are able to guarantee gluten free deliveries of all our products. Special requests for private label gluten free mixes or flours is one of our specialties. We have very close relationships with our raw material suppliers, who we educated how to handle our goods. After we import directly from the farmers, we store the raw material in our warehouses in The Netherlands. We carefully clean and analyse all batches before processing in our production. As we do not process any gluten containing products within our premises we are a so called “dedicated gluten free” production facility. Besides buckwheat products we process all kinds of pulses, gluten free grains and seeds into food ingredients. Within our production process we are able to produce various types of single flours and also baking mixtures, various types of flakes (breakfast cereals), roasted, extruded or puffed products. We supply our products worldwide.
