Trouw is known to be the largest and most specialised processing plant of buckwheat products in Europe. The company was established in 1896 under the name Trouw. However, in fact, evidence have been found that the company already in 1702 was processing buckwheat products. Nowadays we are supplying a complete range of all different kinds of gluten free products to our customers worldwide.
