Roasted buckwheat  Kasha  

Roasted buckwheat has a diameter of approximately 3 up to 5 mm and a triangular shape. The surface has an amber brown color. Because the kasha is carefully roasted and purely made of buckwheat all valuable nutritional substances of the buckwheat are still present. The kasha has a roasted taste (nutty) and is an excellent ingredient for muesli.
