Rolled buckwheat flakes

The rolled buckwheat flakes have a cross-section of 0.2 up to 0.4 mm and are made of the hulled buckwheat only. Therefore all the valuable nutritional substances from  buckwheat are still present. Our flakes have a smooth, but nevertheless firm structure so that pulverization during mixing in flake mixtures or packaging in consumer bags will be avoided.
