Whole hulled buckwheat

Whole hulled buckwheat has a diameter of 3 up to 5 mm. Because the whole hulled buckwheat is freshly dehulled all the valuable nutritional substances are still present. Trouw processes exclusively buckwheat and as a result, all our products are gluten free. The hulled buckwheat has a slight green to beige color. During the dehulling process the raw buckwheat is stripped of its peel (the hull or husk). Because of the fact that we are freshly dehulling every order our product has not yet discolored and looks fresh and attractive.
